Have you ever been lied to? Maybe by your brother or sister or even other people. But what would you do if it’s your Dad? Do you think you could handle your father telling lies behind your back? My story today may seem a little annoying, even repulsive.
I was browsing along social medias when I came across these lines on a post, “Daddy lies…” I got curious and see what’s the post about. The following video could give a different thought to anybody who would see it. But for me personally, this is a heartbreaking scene, so if you have a weak heart and gets a teary-eyed easily, please get some tissue because you might need it.
For us parents, if we think our children are not watching or listening, they are. They could be definitely smarter than what we think they are as well. So, we should be mindful. The Daddy on the video might lie from her daughter because he always thinks the best for her and wanted to sacrifice everything just to make her happy. He would keep on hiding his true feelings whenever his child is not around, I think good parents lie so that their children can remain children. Those last 3 words of her letter to her dad are the one reason why we parents can and will do everything this father does…Daddy, I love You.
The love of parents is endless and unselfish. It is made of deep devotion, and of sacrifice and pain. We are often so busy growing up, we forget they are also growing old. They were not here for a lifetime, so never take them for granted. Once they’re gone you can never bring them back. Say how much you love them and let them know how thankful of of you to them for everything they have done for you. Have you call your Dad? Your mom?
