Beaded Fishtail Bracelet
Tired of your old fishtail designs? Why not try to bling it and add life to it?
Beaded Fishtail Bracelet is a simple fishtail design with a touch of elegance. This design is an idea made by Ms. Adele or @adele.griffiths on Instagram. The tutorial for this design is made by Ms. Chodaro or @chodaros_bling also on Instagram. This design is very easy to make and so pretty with the help of nice beads, endcaps and spacers. This is also a must try for all beginners.
I made mine in official rainbow loom bands in Opaque White and Persian Navy Blue.
Here is a picture of the Beaded Fishtail that I made.
The middle design is much better looking if I have use a bigger beads. But since I don’t have any, I just make three consecutive beads with endcaps instead.
What you’ll be needing to make this bracelet:
1. Rainbow Loom, Monster Tail or Finger Loom – You will only need 2 pegs for this design so feel free to use any of these you that you have and you are comfortable with.
2. Rainbow loom hook.
3. Set of bands, recommended is at least two to show the beauty of the design better. You will only need about less than 50 bands to make a full wrap of this bracelet if you have smaller wrists and around 65 bands for bigger wrists.
4. Some pearl beads or any other beads that is available to you. Also end caps if you have any. You may also want to have a thin wire for beading or thread to help you put the beads on bands. Ms. Chodaro will demonstrate how to insert the bands on the beads in this video. I used blue 6mm glass beads and silver flower endcaps on mine. You will be needing at least 14 beads is you have smaller wrist and 18 for bigger ones.
5. A c-clip. You can use a clear one or the new colored ones. I use the bigger blue colored c-clip in this post.
