Hi there! My name is Nell (short for Marnelli), 34, Filipino and a proud Bulakeña. I have four siblings and I am the eldest. I grew up being independent, I took care of my siblings when my mother is out for work. I ran errands for my mother in the market. I do my homework without my parents help. I graduated in high school as a full scholar and this continues until college years. We are not rich enough to support us of all the expenses in school and at home and so I learn to work and earn a living during summer when school is over. I tried to tutor in high school and work as extra in a factory. I also tried packing straws of a juice in tetra packs, and even inserting cottons on pre-sewed dolls to support my schooling.
Right now, it’s been 6 months since I decided to resigned from my work as a Data Loader. If it weren’t for my pregnancy, I am still a corporate employee. Though I am working full time before, I’m still into a lot of sidelines. I sell stuffs online, which is one of my distressor. Currently, working as a freelance graphic artist, which is my previous job before I became a government employee. I do a lot of designing from banners, logos, call cards, invitation etc. I graduated as an Engineer with major in Computer but my inclination is really into arts and crafts. I love crating and making cute things. I believed that everything that I do with my hands, I’m great at it.
I am a mom of 3 beautiful kids Chloe 7, Shunji 6, and Jiro just a month and 1 week old (yes, I just gave birth to a bouncing 8 pound-er baby boy!). I am also a proud wife of an amazing Audio/Video Engineer Rolly. I’m not really new to blogging nor a pro, In fact I tried a couple of times, but haven’t got the time to post and maintain them. I used to write on a diary before, I mean write literally (I still have them with me!), long before internet offers this kind of things for people who wanted to express themselves out through writing. So, please bear with me as I try to share you a part of me, my life and what I do.
